What is your shipping policy?

Epoxy King ships all orders within 1 business day. Order cutoff for same day shipping is 10:00 AM CST. We offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.

What is SC110?

SC110 is a marine grade, 100% solids epoxy with UV protection additives that offer long term non-yellowing protection with non-blushing and non-chalking properties. SC110 adheres to wood, fiberglass, metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, canvas, glass and virtually any surface.

What is the mix ratio for SC110?

SC110 has a 2:1 mix ratio, 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener.

Is SC110 UV Resistant?

Yes, SC110 is UV resistant. SC110 contains both a UV stabilizer as well as an advanced additive called HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer) that slows yellowing to help maintain a clear finish for years to come.

What is the coverage area for SC110?

SC110 covers 26 square feet when applied @ 60mils or 1/16th inch.

Can SC110 be thinned?

Yes, you can thin down SC110 using acetone or Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) Solvent.

What is the shelf life of SC110?

SC110 has a shelf life of up to 1 year when stored indoors at room temperature.

Can you do multiple pours or coats of SC110?

Yes, you can do multiple pours of SC110. You would need to apply the next coat when the first pour is still tacky to ensure adhesion. If the previous coat has already cured and is no longer tacky, you would need to lightly sand the surface in order to rough it up a bit and ensure adhesion. We recommend pours of 1/8", but definitely no more than 1/4”.

How do I get rid of bubbles when applying SC110?

We recommend using a torch or heat gun to get rid of bubbles.

Is SC110 food safe?

Yes, SC110 is considered food safe once it is fully cured, which takes 7 days.

Is SC110 non-toxic?

Yes, SC110 is completely non-toxic and contains no VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

What is your return policy?

Epoxy King will accept returns for 30 days from the date of your order. Epoxy King is not responsible for return shipping fees, this will the responsibility of the buyer. Once the return is received and approved. A refund of the initial purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be processed.
