SC110 is a non-toxic, marine grade, 100% solids epoxy with UV protection additives that offer long term non-yellowing protection with non-blushing and non-chalking properties. SC110 adheres to wood, fiberglass, metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, canvas, glass and virtually any surface with 13,500 psi strength.
SC110 preserves the substrate with an ultra-clear, scratch resistant finish while remaining flexible enough to withstand vibration and expansion/contraction. SC110 is a specially formulated 2-component epoxy with a modified cycloaliphatic amine curative.
Quality Materials
SC110 combines a UV absorber coupled with a hindered amine light stabilizer which inhibits degradation of the epoxy from sunlight and protects the exterior with a glossy, glass-like finish that will endure heavy traffic and extreme conditions. SC110 bonds chemically and mechanically to the substrate and can be blended with dyes, silica, sands, wood flour, pebbles and other materials.
SC110 forms a polished, highly durable, wear resistant surface and is unaffected by saltwater, fuel, oil, and mild acids while exhibiting long term corrosion proof and chemical resistance protection. SC110 is used for boat building, fiberglass fabricating, wood working, floor coating, bar top finishing and many other applications.
Super fast shipping, product came in perfect condition. Applying is easy as it gets and results are amazing. 5 stars! Would buy again.

Great Product
The epoxy arrived on time and undamaged. I used it on a surfboard I painted for protection against fading . I am using it as decoration around my pool area and just went through 3 days of extreme sun and heat (100) and the board is unscathed! Would definitely buy this product from Epoxy King again!

SC110 works great!
I’ve bought SC110 several times and I’m always happy with the results. On my “new” 1967 Columbia sailboat I found over 50 osmotic blisters that had to be fixed. I used SC110 and alternating layers of woven fiber glass cloth and chopped strand mat to make the repairs and then mixed SC110 with a combination of different fillers to create fairing compound that is super easy to sand and finish.
I will definitely use SC110 in the future.

Great Product!!!
My purchase from Epoxy King was great, Epoxy resin worked great on surfboards and other applications. Very good price point highly recommend.
How much area will this 1 gallon epoxy resin bundle cover?
Coverage varies by application thickness, but typically 26 square feet at 1/16 inch depth. Thinner coating applications can cover significantly more area. Wood surfaces may absorb some resin initially, affecting total coverage on the first coat.
What's the shelf life of this 1 gal resin epoxy kit?
When stored properly at room temperature in original containers, shelf life is approximately 1 year. Keep containers tightly sealed and avoid temperature extremes. Components may thicken slightly over time but remain usable if mixed properly.
Can I use this system for outdoor projects?
Yes, the UV protection makes it suitable for exterior applications. However, all epoxy systems will show some weathering after extended direct sunlight exposure. Regular maintenance coats help preserve appearance on high-exposure surfaces.
How long does this take to fully cure?
Initial cure occurs within 24 hours for light handling. Full mechanical properties develop over 7 days at room temperature. Higher temperatures accelerate curing, while cooler conditions extend cure times.
Is this safe for food contact surfaces?
After full cure (7 days), the system meets food safety standards and is considered food-safe. Test on small areas if food safety is critical.
What's the largest single project this can handle?
This would depend on your application thickness as your coverage will vary based on how thick you apply the product. Larger projects like conference tables or multiple pieces require our 3-gallon kit or larger sizes.
Can I use this for deep river table pours?
We recommend 1/4 inch depth per pour due to heat buildup. Deep river sections require multiple pours, so calculate accordingly. A 2-inch deep river would need 8 separate pours with cure time between each.
Should I buy this or multiple smaller kits?
Choose this for single large projects or when you know you'll use it all at once. Choose smaller kits for flexibility, learning, or projects spread over time. Consider your storage space and project timeline.
