SC110 is a non-toxic, marine grade, 100% solids epoxy with UV protection additives that offer long term non-yellowing protection with non-blushing and non-chalking properties. SC110 adheres to wood, fiberglass, metal, stainless steel, concrete, stone, canvas, glass and virtually any surface with 13,500 psi strength.
SC110 preserves the substrate with an ultra-clear, scratch resistant finish while remaining flexible enough to withstand vibration and expansion/contraction. SC110 is a specially formulated 2-component epoxy with a modified cycloaliphatic amine curative.
Quality Materials
SC110 combines a UV absorber coupled with a hindered amine light stabilizer which inhibits degradation of the epoxy from sunlight and protects the exterior with a glossy, glass-like finish that will endure heavy traffic and extreme conditions. SC110 bonds chemically and mechanically to the substrate and can be blended with dyes, silica, sands, wood flour, pebbles and other materials.
SC110 forms a polished, highly durable, wear resistant surface and is unaffected by saltwater, fuel, oil, and mild acids while exhibiting long term corrosion proof and chemical resistance protection. SC110 is used for boat building, fiberglass fabricating, wood working, floor coating, bar top finishing and many other applications.

Product is high quality and made our project absolutely stunning ! Mix up on our second order (MY error) and the owner called me personally, talked through the issue and sent out more product free of charge. If verified our decision to support smaller personally owned businesses as opposed to ordering through Amazon or other companies. We will continue to order and recommend their products to everyone.

FAQs
Why would I need resin without hardener?
Common reasons include running short during large pours, replacing old or contaminated resin, or having extra hardener from previous projects that needs balancing.
What mixing ratio should I use?
Our standard recommendation is 2:1 (resin to hardener) by weight or volume. It is always recommended to test small batches first to verify cure and performance properties.
Is this suitable for food contact surfaces?
When properly cured with appropriate hardener, the system meets food safety standards. Allow full 7-day cure and ensure complete polymerization. Test on small areas if food contact is critical.
How much coverage will I get?
Coverage depends on application thickness and substrate absorption. At 1/16 inch thickness, expect approximately 26 square feet of coverage. Thin coating applications provide much greater coverage.
What happens if I don't use all the resin at once?
Unopened resin stores well for extended periods. Once opened, keep tightly sealed and use within reasonable timeframes.
How does this compare to purchasing complete kits?
More economical when you specifically need extra resin. However, complete kits ensure proper ratios and eliminate guesswork. Choose based on your specific material needs and experience level.
